Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for supporting our family and placing an order with us!
We try to ship your order within 2-4 business days, but it might be sooner than that. We charge a flat rate of $12 when ordering within the United States, and shipping times are subject to the carrier. We also offer fast (overnight/priority and express) fixed delivery options.
Lost or damaged packages:
When a package leaves our office and is left in the hands of the shipping company the responsibility of that package is transferred to that respective shipping company. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods once they leave our hands.
If your package arrives damaged (crushed box, broken tinctures, damaged items) please take a picture of your items and save them as evidence, including the packaging the items came in. You will need this to file a claim with the shipping company. We are not obligated to file claims on the customers behalf.
We are happy to try and help with any shipping or delivery issues. Please reach out and we can help to find a solution that benefits you as the customer.
International Shipping:
This option is not available at this time; however, please message us at: info@desertoakapothecary.com with these requests, and we will do our best to assist you. Please keep in mind that your country may charge additional import fees upon receiving the items; including but not limited to additional customs charges.
Return Policy:
Due to the fact that we are a small business we reserve the right to limit our return policy.
If you change your mind or place an order by mistake you may contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and begin the process of returning the item. The item must be unopened (tincture seal not broken, tallow not used) and you will be responsible for any mailing costs incurred.
